The Thuringian State Data Center is hiring a full-time, permanent Linux/Cloud/System Automation Administrator in Erfurt to administer complex Linux environments, automate workflows with Ansible and Terraform, migrate systems to OpenStack, and support ITIL monitoring, reporting, documentation, change management, and incident management. The role requires a computer science or IT-related degree or vocational training, demonstrable professional experience, German C2 language skills, and very good professional English. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, collective-bargaining remuneration up to TV-L pay grade 11, flexible working hours, and the option to work from home.
