Description
The Administrator will maintain and secure modern IT infrastructure, including cloud-based servers, security solutions, Microsoft 365 environments, switches, firewalls, and access points. Responsibilities include backups, recovery, patching, upgrades, software packaging and distribution, second- and third-level customer support, change requests, downtime coordination, and reporting. The role requires technical education or a technical degree, several years of IT experience, Microsoft and cloud infrastructure knowledge, and Linux experience is preferred. It is a full-time permanent position with flexible working hours and approximately 80% home office, with work locations in Bad Homburg, Berlin, and Essen.
