KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking an Administrative on Special Assignment (AOSA) in Redwood City, California. This full-time, exempt position involves driving instructional excellence by implementing coaching cycles for core instructional staff, developing and coaching staff on curriculum, internalization, and planning, and managing instructional support for up to two schools concurrently. The AOSA will also focus on cultivating a positive school environment and aligning with the school's instructional vision.
