Description
The SA - Digital Automation Systems Operator works on-site at Service Advantage Partner locations, operating and supporting client automation, robotic, 3D printing, workstation, and technology systems. The role includes troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, configuration testing, commissioning, software updates, data analysis, and coordination with client vendors and Partner Support. It requires an associate degree, four years of apprenticeship or equivalent training, and proficiency with automation controls, electrical and electronic principles, Linux, Java, XML, SQL, database administration, and PLC programming. The position may involve variable shifts, overtime, warehouse work, laptop use, and travel for vendor training.
