Description
Learnlife is hiring a full-time Admissions Coordinator to support school growth by responding to family enquiries, qualifying leads, arranging tours and taster days, supporting admissions and re-enrolment events, maintaining admissions data, and managing Hubspot and Powerschool. The role reports to the Admissions & Community Engagement Lead and requires a 25% remote arrangement with 75% regular presence at the Barcelona-area hubs in Barcelona, Castelldefels, and St. Pere de Ribes, starting full-time in October 2026.
