Description
The Admissions Coordinator manages referrals, intake, screening, prior authorization, admission documentation, Medicaid and insurance coordination, census and utilization reporting, and community outreach for Canopy Children’s Solutions’ behavioral health programs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field, at least one year of experience working with children and youth with severe emotional disturbances, strong communication and computer skills, and knowledge of Medicaid prior authorization processes.
