The role oversees resident onboarding, referral relationships, census and occupancy goals, pre-admission screenings, resident and family communication, facility tours, marketing, and regulatory documentation. Candidates should have healthcare admissions, marketing, or case management experience, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid processes, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
