Description
Equip is hiring a part-time, short-term Admissions Inquiry Representative to manage inbound patient inquiries by phone, email, and web form; provide program and insurance information; collect and enter patient data; schedule screening appointments; conduct reminder calls; and support families through the admissions process. The role requires at least two years of experience in call center, customer service, or patient scheduling, works from home, and is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
