Description
The Admissions Intake Coordinator provides alcoholism and substance abuse counseling in approved work settings, conducts psychosocial and substance-use assessments, coordinates intakes and medical appointments, processes client identification, supports billing and financial clearance, maintains client records, and participates in clinical supervision and interdisciplinary meetings. The role requires an associate degree in Human Services, at least three years of experience in an OASAS-licensed program, valid CASAC certification, and training in chemical use, abuse, and dependence; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
