Description
The Admissions Representative partners with prospective students for American Military University and American Public University by advising on degree planning, payment, transfer credit, and enrollment decisions; following up through telephone, email, or other electronic means; evaluating academic records; using CRM and admissions software; resolving student concerns; coordinating with university departments; and meeting recruitment and enrollment performance goals. The role requires an associate degree and 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, service, online, or higher education, and reports to an Admissions Manager or Senior Admissions Manager.
