Description
The Admissions Representative contacts prospective students, conducts career planning sessions, provides program and campus information, completes enrollment and financial-aid paperwork, follows up on inquiries, and generates representative-generated referrals. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer literacy, flexible scheduling, and the ability to complete a one-day shadowing period before being eligible for hire. An associate’s degree, public-speaking training, and prior counseling, customer-service, or business experience are preferred. The salary range is 55,000–62,000.
