Description
The Admissions RN reviews clinical referrals, assesses hospice patients and families, obtains care consents, develops initial care plans, coordinates with physicians and care-management staff, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies. The role requires a nursing degree, current RN license, driver's license, reliable transportation, and ongoing auto liability insurance, with one to three years of clinical RN experience preferred.
