West Midlands Safari Park is recruiting an Admissions Supervisor for a permanent zero-hour contract of up to 37.5 hours, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings. The role supervises admissions assistants, manages mini-bus tour guides, handles enquiries, processes transactions, responds to guest queries and complaints, manages cash and group bookings, and promotes VIP experiences and annual passes. Candidates should be highly organised, customer-focused, and have experience supervising others in a high-volume customer environment.
