VML is hiring a Project Manager with commerce experience and a technical background for a B2B contract on its eCommerce team, located in Poland. The role leads complex digital marketing and commerce projects, particularly involving Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions, using Agile methods such as Scrum. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project planning and execution, risk and budget management, stakeholder communication, team leadership, cutover and re-platforming, and client escalation handling. Candidates need software development project management experience, Adobe solution implementation experience, strong Agile and change-management skills, and full English fluency. The position offers a net hourly rate of 110–150 PLN and follows a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office an average of four days per week.
