Compass Health Center is hiring an Adolescent Group Therapist to launch its Falls Church, Virginia behavioral health program in early 2027. The role will primarily facilitate evidence-based group therapy for patients aged 12–18 using CBT, DBT, and ACT, while also supporting crisis intervention, treatment planning, family coaching, interdisciplinary meetings, discharge planning, and other clinical activities. Candidates should be psychologists or master’s-level therapists eligible for a Virginia clinical license, with at least one year of post-Master’s clinical experience or a relevant master’s-level internship, plus experience in crisis and high-acuity environments. The position is 100% onsite, includes five weeks of training, and offers $64,000–$80,000 USD in compensation plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and training benefits.
