Description
The Adolescent IOP Therapist provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy in a multi-disciplinary eating-disorder treatment setting. Responsibilities include overseeing client caseloads, co-facilitating therapy sessions, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, applying evidence-based modalities, supporting mealtime guidance, leading treatment-team meetings, and conducting intake evaluations. The role requires current associate or independent licensure in the state of employment, a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychotherapy experience, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time compensation is $26.44–$31.25 per hour for pre-independently licensed therapists and $28.85–$37.02 per hour for independently licensed therapists, with a Monday–Thursday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. schedule.
