Compass Health Center is hiring a Primary Therapist to launch its adolescent and adult behavioral health programs in Falls Church, Virginia. The role provides individual, group, and family therapy; conducts intake evaluations; coordinates care with families, outside providers, and treatment teams; develops treatment schedules and discharge plans; documents progress; and supports insurance utilization. The position is 100% onsite, includes five weeks of training before patient launch, and offers $77,000–$97,800 USD in compensation. Applicants should be psychologists or master’s-level therapists with a Virginia clinical license, with two or more years of post-Master’s clinical experience strongly preferred, and should have experience with CBT, DBT, crisis patients, and PHP/IOP or related settings.
