Description
The Adolescent Services Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of an adolescent mental health program in Davie, Florida, supervising Wellness Coordinators and maintaining safe, structured, and supportive environments for adolescents and families. Responsibilities include staff coverage and scheduling, intake coordination, documentation, incident reporting, safety and compliance monitoring, and coordination of facility and administrative needs. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience in education, school administration, youth services, behavioral health, program management, or team leadership, along with eligibility for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug testing; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
