Description
Necco is hiring an Adoption Specialist to guide children, foster families, and adoptive families through adoption and permanency processes. The role conducts home studies and assessments, coordinates services, develops treatment and adoption plans, maintains case records, supports crisis and on-call response, and collaborates with courts, agencies, schools, and community partners. Candidates must meet age and education requirements, have relevant child-welfare or casework experience, hold a valid driver's license and required auto insurance, pass background and drug screenings, and be willing to travel and complete required training.
