Description
Tellworks Logistics is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, testing, and launch of multiple Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Learning Management System, Succession Planning, and Career Development. The project is a remote, independent-contractor engagement lasting approximately 8–12 weeks, with 15–25 hours per week, and is not intended to become permanent employment. The consultant will translate HR strategies into ADP configurations, develop workflows and templates, recommend best practices, validate configurations, train administrators, and support production deployment.
