The Senior Technical Lead will drive technical strategy and execution for AI developer velocity across the Ads Ranking AI organization. The role focuses on architecting and evolving AI agent systems, developing AI/ML training technologies, improving developer experience and tooling, leading large-scale infrastructure projects, mentoring engineers, and presenting complex technical strategy to leadership. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive software engineering experience in machine learning infrastructure or large-scale AI platforms, and experience architecting, leading, and mentoring complex technical projects.
