Description
The Behavioral Day Program Staff provides direct support and care to individuals in a behavioral day program, assisting with personal care, hygiene, dressing, independent living skills, individualized programs, documentation, safety, and behavioral redirection. The role collaborates with program staff, supervisors, families, and guardians, transports clients, and participates in training. It is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6 hours per day, and an hourly rate of $21–$24 depending on experience.
