Compass Health Center is hiring an Adult Group Therapist for its new Falls Church, Virginia behavioral health location, which is scheduled to launch in early 2027. The role will primarily facilitate evidence-based mood and anxiety groups using CBT, DBT, and ACT, while also providing crisis intervention, treatment planning, interdisciplinary support, family coaching, discharge planning, and individual patient support. Candidates should be psychologists or master's-level therapists eligible for a Virginia clinical license, with at least one year of post-Master's clinical experience or a relevant master's-level internship, and experience in crisis or high-acuity environments. The position is 100% onsite, includes five weeks of training, and offers $64,000–$80,000 USD in expected compensation plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and training benefits.
