Compass Health Center is hiring a Primary Therapist to launch its adolescent and adult behavioral health programs in Falls Church, Virginia. The role provides individual, group, and family therapy; conducts intake evaluations; coordinates care with patients’ families, outside providers, and treatment teams; develops treatment plans and discharge plans; documents progress; and supports insurance utilization. The position is intended for a psychologist or master’s-level therapist with a Virginia clinical license, requires at least two years of post-Master’s clinical experience, and involves five weeks of training before patient launch. Compensation is $77,000–$97,800 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and training benefits.
