Turning Pointe Autism Foundation is hiring a full-time Intense Behavior Interventionist (IBI) for adult services. The role supports a classroom and community team by implementing behavior intervention plans, personal and intimate care plans, crisis protocols, and educational programming; providing feedback; maintaining confidentiality; and participating in meetings, training, and recreational or community activities. The position requires experience with adult or transition-age students impacted by autism or other developmental disabilities, offers medical, dental, and vision plans, and pays $35,600-$45,000 annually.
