HARMAN is hiring an Advance Engineer - Scrum Master in Bangalore to lead Agile teams and implement the Scaled Agile Framework. The role involves coaching teams, facilitating SAFe ceremonies, improving processes, removing impediments, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, and reporting Agile metrics. Candidates need 6 to 9 years of Agile and Scrum Master experience, SAFe certification, large-organization SAFe implementation experience, and strong facilitation and communication skills. The position is regular and permanent, with a five-day work week and an office-based environment with in-person collaboration.
