The role oversees manufacturing and quality problem resolution, maintenance and engineering teams, process improvements, equipment and tooling design, new machinery installation, productivity and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, safety, and integrated manufacturing systems. It requires a bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering and 5–10 years of manufacturing process and equipment experience, with travel to facilities in Wisconsin.
