Description
Solstice is hiring an Advanced Application Engineer in Germany to provide expert technical support and application engineering for automotive thermal management and semiconductor solutions used in ADAS systems, including radar, lidar, vision systems, and inverters. The role covers customer engagement, design-in support, material and process selection, validation, qualification and reliability testing, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with R&D, product management, quality, sales, and business development. Candidates need a relevant engineering or physics bachelor’s degree, fluent German and English, more than five years of semiconductor application, technical support, process, or reliability engineering experience, and knowledge of semiconductor components, materials, packaging, process integration, and manufacturing environments. The role is hybrid in Germany and requires 20–40% travel.
