Description
The Assembly Program Manager oversees the design, construction, implementation, and troubleshooting of automation and assembly equipment and tooling for new programs and product launches. The role coordinates vendor designs and processes, prepares equipment specifications and layouts, supports manufacturing process development and control, performs root-cause analysis, and maintains compliance with environmental and quality management systems. It requires an engineering technology diploma or related experience, at least five years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of CAD, process controls, ISO standards, and strong project-management and troubleshooting skills.
