Description
The Advanced Associate - Finance Operations supports end-to-end finance operations across accounts receivable, cash application, banking, billing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. The role manages customer accounts, payment validation, refunds and chargebacks, operational reporting, stakeholder inquiries, and compliance with financial controls while supporting global business operations. It requires an MBA, B.Com, Inter CA, or CMA qualification and 3–5 years of relevant finance operations experience, along with ERP, Microsoft Office, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
