Description
The Observability Engineer will build, standardize, and operate an enterprise observability platform across cloud and application environments. The role focuses on engineering scalable monitoring, alerting, dashboards, telemetry, instrumentation, and observability-as-code solutions using New Relic, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and related technologies. Responsibilities include establishing observability standards, reducing alert noise, integrating observability into CI/CD, supporting SRE reliability practices, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong hands-on New Relic and Grafana experience, cloud engineering expertise, scripting and infrastructure-as-code skills, and knowledge of CI/CD and SRE practices.
