Description
Micron Technology is hiring an early-career Advanced CMOS Device & Process Integration Engineer to support the development and optimization of advanced CMOS devices and process integration flows for memory products. The role involves executing silicon experiments, analyzing device and process data, evaluating transistor performance, supporting model validation and technology qualification, developing data-analysis workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional semiconductor engineering teams. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant engineering or science field, semiconductor device and CMOS knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; experience with CMOS, DRAM, semiconductor processing, experimental design, or AI-assisted tools is preferred.
