Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Advanced CMOS Device & Process Integration Engineer to own device or process integration workstreams for advanced CMOS memory technologies. The role involves translating product and circuit requirements into performance targets, planning silicon experiments, analyzing electrical, physical, process, yield, and reliability data, validating transistor models, supporting technology transfer and high-volume manufacturing, and mentoring junior engineers. The position also requires developing and validating AI-assisted workflows while maintaining independent technical ownership and cross-functional influence.
