Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Principal Advanced CMOS Device & Process Integration Engineer to establish technical direction for advanced CMOS device architecture and process integration, define technology roadmaps, lead complex cross-functional semiconductor challenges, and guide decisions involving performance, power, area, reliability, yield, manufacturability, and cost. The role also involves silicon learning, test and modeling strategies, technology co-optimization, risk assessment, global technical leadership, mentorship, and the development and validation of AI-assisted engineering methodologies. Candidates need an MS or PhD in a relevant engineering or physical science field, extensive advanced CMOS experience, and a record of leading complex technology development.
