Description
The role provides advanced diagnostics across system, application, and infrastructure levels, performs root-cause analysis and permanent incident fixes, manages OEM support cases and configurations, maintains IPTV encoders and related infrastructure, and supports master-clock distribution and synchronization. It requires at least four years of hands-on experience in a comparable environment, VITEC and Mobatime product training or equivalent, strong IPTV and AV-systems expertise, ITIL Foundation certification, OEM coordination experience, and strong documentation and mentoring capabilities.
