Description
The Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Program Manager will manage ADL/eLearning and Learning Management System projects for the NATO School Oberammergau, advise leadership on training systems, supervise instructional design, develop and instruct resident and online courses, manage online education stakeholders, and serve as Course Director and instructor. The role requires C1 English, a Class B driver’s license, IT and office-system experience, frequent business travel, evening and weekend work, German public-holiday work, NATO SECRET clearance, and NATO-member-state citizenship. It is a full-time permanent position in Oberammergau with benefits including vacation, bonuses, pension, savings contributions, and flexible working arrangements.
