Guinness Property is hiring an Advanced Electrician for its Repairs Team covering Nottingham, Derbyshire, and the surrounding area. The permanent role requires 40 hours per week, participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, and the ability to perform domestic and commercial electrical repairs, testing, installation, and maintenance. Candidates must live near Bristol or Bath, hold a full UK driving licence, and provide proof of IET EAS-recognised electrical qualifications, including C&G 2365, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and C&G 2391-52 or equivalent.
