Vax is hiring an Advanced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the exploration, development, and maturation of emerging electrical and electronic technologies for next-generation consumer floorcare products. The role manages the Advanced Electrical Engineering team, defines electrical architectures and control strategies, drives proof of concepting, integrates electronics, firmware, and mechatronic systems, evaluates supplier and technology-partner solutions, and guides technical decisions through testing and engineering analysis. The position is hybrid, requiring four onsite days and one day working from home, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of electronics development experience.
