Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Required Previous Experiences: 8–10 years of experience in avionics software development, systems, or software verification, including at least 2 years as a technical lead.
Experience working on DO-178B/C aerospace programs.
Experience driving test architecture, environments, strategies, tools, and processes.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to influence technical decisions and demonstrate strong motivation.
Effective communication and collaboration in global, cross-functional teams.
Experience applying generative AI, large language models, or natural language processing to automate engineering processes.
Experience evaluating emerging embedded technologies and architecture design tools.
