Description
The Advanced Engineer - CAE Simulation will lead virtual validation and simulation activities for safety-critical restraint products, including crash, occupant protection, and restraint-system interactions. The role develops and validates high-fidelity finite element models, performs parametric and sensitivity studies, correlates simulations with physical tests, supports design reviews and DFMEA, improves CAE workflows, and mentors junior engineers. It requires 4–8 years of CAE or related engineering experience, proficiency with explicit and implicit finite element solvers, and knowledge of restraint systems or occupant protection.
