Description
The Shift Engineer will maintain and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems, electrical equipment, field instrumentation, and HMI/SCADA systems while supporting machine uptime, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance, TPM, and digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves IoT and Industry 4.0 integration, OEE and KPI reporting, audits, calibration coordination, and safety and cybersecurity compliance. Candidates need electrical or electronics engineering education, PLC and automation experience, machine-maintenance and breakdown-analysis exposure, preventive-maintenance knowledge, data-analysis and leadership abilities, and willingness to work shifts and holidays near the plant.
