Description
Eaton’s Bussmann division is seeking an Advanced Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate engineering resources, action plans, and launch projects for expanding installed capacity and transferring manufacturing and production processes across its four plants. The role manages new-launch project phases, technical specifications, equipment and machinery development, validation, process documentation, supplier and integrator support, cost-benefit analyses, and compliance with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and corporate standards. It also develops the engineering team through training and coaching and promotes continuous improvement, innovation, and Industry 4.0 applications. A bachelor’s or engineering degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of similar leadership experience are required.
