Description
The Advanced Field Service Technician provides onsite diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and optimization of CAT and non-CAT advanced earthmoving heavy equipment. The role serves as the primary technical contact for customers, maintains service records, trains junior technicians and clients, and requires travel to client sites, including potential overnight stays or extended hours. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, MSHA certification, at least five years of relevant field-service experience, Caterpillar service-program proficiency, and a Class A CDL license is strongly preferred.
