Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is hiring an advanced Flexo Press Operator in North Carolina to lead production of high-quality trading card and collectible printing using water-based and UV flexo inks. The role requires extensive flexographic printing experience, color management expertise, mastery of SOPs and ISO requirements, and the ability to mentor operators, coordinate workflow, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
