Description
The Advanced Imaging Technologist will independently perform and support advanced veterinary diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and nuclear medicine. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent JRCERT-accredited certification, one year of related experience, ARRT certification, and a current Iowa permit to practice. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining imaging equipment, evaluating image quality, maintaining radiation-safety and quality-control standards, troubleshooting, coordinating with veterinary clinicians, and training students and new employees. The position is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday with rotating weekday and weekend on-call responsibilities, and is open until filled with applications due before October 23, 2026.
