Eaton is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to design and industrialize manufacturing processes, technologies, and factory concepts for Low Voltage System Assembly products. The role leads new-product and new-factory industrialization, drives Manufacturing Readiness Level progression, identifies automation opportunities, supports EPLAN, digital work instructions, MES, and data-driven manufacturing, develops capital expenditure business cases, and collaborates with engineering, production, supply chain, and process teams. Candidates need a degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field and at least three years of manufacturing or industrialization experience.
