Description
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer supports new product introduction by designing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, jigs, and weld fixtures; specifying and installing production equipment; developing fabrication and welding processes; and resolving manufacturing issues during prototype, pilot, and production builds. The role collaborates with design, quality, suppliers, integrators, maintenance, and safety teams and contributes to lean and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing engineering or related hands-on manufacturing experience, and 10–15% travel.
