Description
Flowserve is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing & Automation Engineer in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to develop and optimize 5-axis CNC machining processes, create and troubleshoot CNC programs and post-processors, lead automation initiatives, improve manufacturing efficiency, support palletized machining and automated manufacturing technologies, and implement digital solutions involving AI, scripting, and data-driven tools. The role requires hands-on manufacturing engineering experience, familiarity with CNC programming and CAM software, and knowledge of SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD platforms; a related bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent technical training or relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.
