Molex is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Hudson, Wisconsin to partner with R&D, product development, NPI, operations, quality, and supply chain teams on manufacturing readiness, launch risk mitigation, process definition, technology and product transfers, automation, and continuous improvement. The role supports both new-product development and existing manufacturing processes across current and future plants, requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or quality and at least six years of manufacturing experience, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
