Molex is hiring a Manufacturing Integration Engineer in Rochester Hills, Michigan, to lead manufacturing strategy and technical project leadership for automotive transportation solutions. The role covers design-for-manufacturing reviews, manufacturing process strategies, process flows and PFMEAs, process development, tooling and equipment qualification, manufacturing trials, launch readiness, global manufacturing coordination, and project risk and budget management. Candidates need at least five years of technical project leadership in a manufacturing or shopfloor environment, preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, and experience in automotive connector manufacturing or process development.
